Ayurvedic Sessions

Looking to make changes in your life and are looking for support to do just that?! Ayurveda may be the best option! This practice is best dosed over the course of time. Often the changes that are of most benefit to us are also the ones that can be more challenging. Let’s work together! Sessions include 1–90-minute consultation where we talk through your medical background, current diet practices and what you would like to see in your life. Each package includes 2, 4 or 9 follow ups, accordingly.

Ayurveda Gana (Group) Coming Soon!

Small Group Offering

In the Ayurveda Gana (Group), you and your small group will be immersed in the basics of Ayurveda, have access to your own wellness tracker and have 1:1 time with me. Each month, over the course of 6 months, you will have approximately 2 hours of live (virtual) class and support time and 1 hour of time in each month with me. Over the 6 months, we will cover many topics: What is Ayurveda, Ayurvedic Psychology, Ayurvedic Cooking and Nutrition, Cycles and Rituals in Ayurveda, Yoga and Breathwork and Sattvic Living.

Reiki

60 minutes

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing. This practice is subtle and powerful. It is useful in helping to relieve frantic energy, to move stagnant energy or to cool energy down.

Small Group Offering

Interested in gathering, but not quite ready for Ayurveda? This is a great option! You and your group gather together for virtual yoga (or reiki) with me. This group will be tailored for your group specifically and can take on a range of yoga lineages like: yin, restorative, power, nidra and can also include breathwork, mantras and mudras.
