About
I believe that everyone is worthy of quality, loving, and nurturing care. I believe that you already carry a deep, inner knowing of what is best for you—and that part of you can be trusted. And I believe that healing is not about becoming someone new, but about returning to yourself.
My work is rooted in helping you reconnect with that place within—so you can move through your life feeling more grounded, more aligned, and more like yourself.
My path into this work has been anything but linear.
I began practicing yoga in 2003—back in a neighborhood gym during my senior year of high school. What started as something simple became a steady thread throughout my life. In 2015, I completed my 200-hour teacher training, followed by my 300-hour training in 2018, both through CorePower Yoga. After just a few years of teaching, I knew I wanted to continue deepening—not just in practice, but in understanding.
Over the years, I’ve taught yoga in a wide range of spaces: community classes, parole offices, police academies, prisons, fire departments, and athletic teams. Again and again, I’ve seen how these practices can meet people exactly where they are.
What began as a personal practice has become a way of living—and a way of serving.
Alongside this, I spent nearly 12 years working within the Colorado Department of Corrections, serving as a Community Parole Officer, Training Specialist, and Training Coordinator. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master’s in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement Administration, with an emphasis in Organizational Learning and Development, from Colorado State University and Colorado State University Global. It was meaningful work—and it was also high-stress, demanding, and often depleting.
During this time, yoga became more than a practice. It became a way to regulate, to reconnect, and to find steadiness in environments that often felt anything but steady.
After stepping away from the Department in 2019, I felt called to go deeper into this work.
That path led me to Ayurveda. I have now completed over 1,800 hours of training through Kerala Ayurveda USA, including immersive study in India. This work has profoundly shaped both how I support others and how I live my own life. In 2023, I completed my Level II Reiki Practitioner certification. Reiki has since become an integral part of my daily rituals and the care I offer.
Today, my work bridges multiple worlds.
I support individuals through Ayurveda, yoga, Reiki, and conscious coaching—integrating evidence-based practices with holistic wisdom. I continue to work within and alongside the criminal legal system as a coach and content developer with the Alliance for Criminal Justice Innovation, supporting professionals navigating complex, high-stress roles.
I also teach yoga in specialized spaces, including with the MS Society and Comeback Yoga, offering practices to veterans, active duty service members, and their families and support systems.
All are welcome here.
I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming practitioner, and I welcome people of all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences. I also welcome all religious and political beliefs. I believe there is far more that connects us than divides us.This space is rooted in respect, curiosity, and care.
Access to care matters deeply to me.
I believe that yoga, Ayurveda, and healing practices should be available to everyone—not just those with the resources to access them. The pricing you see is a general guideline. If you are able to contribute more, it helps support someone who may not otherwise have access to this work. And if cost is a barrier, please know that you are still welcome here. We will find something that works.
These practices—yoga, Ayurveda, and Reiki—are sacred. They are powerful. And they are deeply human.
It is an honor to share them with you.
If you feel called to this work, I would be honored to connect.

I acknowledge that I am practicing Ayurveda and Yoga which originated over 5,000 years ago in India. Ayurveda is both an ancient practice and a form of mainstream medicine. I am grateful to the Acharyas; Original Teachers, Practitioners and Root Texts of this traditional 'Science of Life' and allied Vedic Practices. May this wisdom continually permeate through me and through the world.
