Work with Me

There are many ways we can work together—whether you’re seeking individualized Ayurvedic care, supportive coaching, or space to reconnect through yoga and Reiki.

This work is not one-size-fits-all. Together, we find what meets you where you are.

If you’re not sure where to begin, that’s okay—you don’t need to have it all figured out.

Reiki

Gentle, supportive energy work to restore balance.

Reiki is a subtle yet powerful practice that supports relaxation, regulation, and energetic balance.

Sessions are quiet, restorative, and guided by what your system needs—whether that’s calming the nervous system, releasing held tension, or creating space to simply rest.

This work can be supportive on its own or integrated alongside other modalities.

1:1 Support Sessions

Coaching & Support Sessions

These sessions are a space to pause, reflect, and be supported in what you’re navigating.

Whether you’re moving through stress, transition, burnout, or simply seeking more clarity and alignment, this work meets you where you are.

Our time together may include conversation, coaching tools, and, when supportive, elements of breathwork, mindfulness, or somatic awareness.

This is a space to be heard, to reconnect with yourself, and to move forward with greater clarity and intention.

This work is informed by my background in coaching, motivational interviewing, and holistic practices.

This is a space to explore, build confidence, and develop a practice that feels both supportive and sustainable.

I acknowledge that I am practicing Ayurveda and Yoga which originated over 5,000 years ago in India. Ayurveda is both an ancient practice and a form of mainstream medicine. I am grateful to the Acharyas; Original Teachers, Practitioners and Root Texts of this traditional 'Science of Life' and allied Vedic Practices. May this wisdom continually permeate through me and through the world.
