New Offerings!
Welcome to 2026, I’m so happy to be here with you all!
I wanted to share a few updates about new offerings for 2026! If you are in or around the Colorado Springs area, I’d love for you to join me for The Living Text: A Spiritually Devoted Book Club and Embodying Ayurveda: A Monthly Workshop series! Here is more information on both!
The Living Text: A Spiritually Devoted Book Club
A monthly spiritually devoted book club rooted in curiosity, care, and community.
This is a space to slow down and be with wisdom—not to rush through pages, but to listen, reflect, and explore how sacred texts and soul-centered writing can be lived, embodied, and practiced in everyday life.
Each month, we’ll gather around a book that invites reflection, inquiry, and compassion—often written by women, LGBTQ+, and BIPOC authors—and explore together:
• Meaningful passages
• Personal reflections
• Simple, grounded practices inspired by the reading
🌱 Our first gathering is all about beginning.
We’ll get to know one another, establish shared group norms, review several book options, and choose our first read together (swipe to see the options I’ll be bringing!).
✨ Drop-in
✨ Donation-based
✨ No prior experience needed
✨ Come when you can, come as you are
If you’re craving thoughtful conversation, gentle structure, and a spiritually nourishing community—this space is for you.
We meet on the 4th Wednesday of every month from 7-8p. Our first one is 1/28/26 and I’m so excited to read with you!

Embodying Ayurveda: A Monthly Workshop series
Embodying Ayurveda is a year-long, monthly workshop series offering practical, embodied introductions to Ayurveda as a living Vedic tradition—one that supports balance (samatva), resilience, and clarity in everyday life.
Each session explores how the elements (pañca mahābhūta), doṣas, and seasonal rhythms influence the body, mind, and nervous system. Through gentle yoga, breathwork (prāṇāyāma), self-inquiry, and simple lifestyle practices (dinācārya), participants are invited to experience Ayurveda not as theory, but as something lived and felt.
Designed to be accessible, experiential, and grounding, each workshop stands on its own while also building a deeper, more intimate relationship with Ayurvedic wisdom over time. Participants may attend the full series or drop in as called.
Rather than focusing on rigid rules or diagnoses, this series emphasizes awareness, rhythm, and compassionate self-care—supporting vitality (ojas), steadiness, and connection through the changing seasons.
Join me for this deeply enriching and nourishing offering every 2nd Sunday of the month from 3:30-5p.

If you can’t make either of these offerings, please know I continue to teach every Monday morning at 10a at Yoga Studio Satya (online and in person) and I also teach (online only) through Movement Arts on Camano Island every Tuesday night at 7p.
Remember I do have some classes on my Youtube channel where you can practice anytime!
Thank you for being with me and for sharing your lovely light with the world!
Katie
